Cam's NEW SUPER Art Topic I've already shared most of these on MFGG, but I thought I'd drag them over here, too. I think I've gotta a lot better since my last doodle dump, and I'm really happy about it. I just kinda started soaking in more of what I could find online, reading tutorials and references, and I'm still trying to get better at everything.

I can't just speed through stuff, so I'm usually drawing one thing for a while. Lately I've been burning off the Comix Zone OST and a case of Sunkist.

Mourning Mermaid Man
We've lost more than an incredibly talented voice actor. We've lost a hero.


Ernest himself was very old. 95, to be exact. He lived a long, happy, fulfilling life and left behind quite the legacy.


Thank you Mermaid Man, for keeping Bikini Bottom free of the evil likes of Man Ray and the Dirty Bubble.


And thank you, Ernest, for keeping smiles on the faces of the millions of children who watched SpongeBob SquarePants, and were there to hear your legendary voice.


Part of my childhood has left with him. And I'm sure the same can be said for many of you.


Rest in peace, Mermaid Man/Ernest Borgnine. You will be greatly missed.

How to draw me.

Drawn late one night. This was my first attempt at drawing a few of these characters, including Panty and Stocking. Took me forever to find a picture of the back of Panty's head, until I finally settled on a screenshot of her stripping in the game show episode.

And the latest drawing. Drawn for a contest. Winner receives an art commission from the okay Scanty Demon. She gained more fans on Facebook and now she's changing her attitude, just like everyone else.
Anyways.

This is Scanty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt flying away from her troubles at Daten City. She's falling and spinning in the air. Her arms bother me. Like when I went to draw her shoulderblades I made them too thick. Other than that, I like this drawing.
I actually lost the contest, by the way. I had this post organized before I lost. I just copied it over here. Some guy posted adult artwork and everybody was all over him telling him how good it was and how he should win. I didn't receive any feedback. Really rustled my jimmies. I have a few more drawings I'll upload on to here, too. I just need to find the links.
Super Mario World ASE Hey Bibby Team, it's me, OTAKU/XxmoedrillDXX. I'm here to post about my fangame, Super Mario World ASE.
Super Mario World ASE is an awesome fangame constructed with Game Maker 8. The game features updated SMA4 graphics, physics that are as close tom Super Mario World as we could get them, 6 different colored Yoshis each with their own abilities, 12 different power-ups that vary by character, 4 playable characters (Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Blue Toad.), several variable worlds, well-constructed levels, several mounts including Poochy, a tank, and 3 different Kuribo Shoes, Subpop and Skypop levels, a serious story, swap-able character skins, all SMB, SMB2, SMB3, and SMW enemies and several new enemies, 8-bit throwbacks to the NES Mario platformers, an MP3 soundtrack which can also be customized, Donkey Kong-specific levels, intense boss battles, several "fusion" levels (We are big fans of MKFusion.), and a lot more. Our engine is literally packed with content, and if the content has not yet been inserted, the graphics have been completed.
Our game has changed radically since the last time we posted screenshots on MFGG. I mean, we totally revamped Mario and Luigi so we don't stick out like a Hello clone, Yoshi is actually cool and not a huge disappointment, there's new graphics for... just about everything. Right now I'm finishing up Mario's external sprite packs and editing some SMB2 sprites into our style and... I really noticed that a lot of the graphics in SMB2, like, item-wise, were red. So yeah, I changed that. It's more diverse with blue potions and green grass, y'know? But this is a pretty cool project and I've really been working on it for almost a year now. It's come a long way. It really has. :feelsgoodman:
Oh yeah, the story. You guys need a story, of course. ...Man, where did I put my notebook? I had a story ready and everything! All about the All-Star and the eternal guardians of the Mushroom Kingdom! Well, I'll find it sooner or later. Until then, you guys can check out the development at:
