Stereo amplifier arrived. Tested using large speakers connected to my computer... Holy crap! There's some power behind this little monster! I'm getting one more to use for my computer speakers!

A test using what has arrived so far for the project. The control deck doesn't function at this point, since I have no way to hook it up to USB. though a prototype wired arcade controller is connected for testing, and configuration.

Also: Finally got impatient with the other buttons and ordered another set that is located in the US.

Sorry it's taken so long to post this update. We've been fighting with a heat wave, and I had to relocate the air conditioner I had in my room...


Project is completed! the two player control deck is in place, and fully functional.
I've also been messing with the video filters, and I think I found a winner.


Most of the important hardware is mounted on top of the unit, to make it easier to access.

No worries - it's shaping up quite nicely!
