Of all the items found in the mario series. I hated so much the fallin' platforms from Super Mario Land.
I hated them specially in world 3-2. Where you have to jump to reach the goal >:|

This is what i like to call cheap shot programming, 1 hit, even if you have infinite health ,on easy mode, is instant death. |

Unoriginality.
Female characters with impossibly unrealistic proportions. Announcers in sports games who make the same stupid comments over and over again. RPGs requiring excessive level grinding.
