Thumbs up for the medley of Kirbys.
What I meant about the Meta Knight is that the border of his feet looked a bit jagged - perhaps from setting the "tolerance" so it didn't remove quite enough white space - although it looks smoother when I zoom in further.

The thing is, most of these images were already background-less when I found them on sites like the Kirby wiki.

I don't know if this is the problem or not, but if you copied any of the original images from MSPaint, you'll destroy the alpha channel, and you'll wind up with a rougher outline.

 For this one it took quite a bit of extra work to remove as much of the white outline as possible.
