I was just looking around Amazon for some reason and came upon NES and SNES USB controllers.
This would be awesome for fan games that try to emulate the SNES/NES Mario feel. (Suddenly everybody started pointing at Hello)
It got some negative feedback, mostly that it started to stop working over excessive use. And it doesn't feel like a NES controller. Honestly I can't determine this since I never touched a NES controller in my life. I want to pick this up, since it's only 9 or 8 bucks, but at the same time I feel that it just would be a waste of money
since it got some bad feedback.

i believe you can actually get adapters that convert the signals of the original controllers to USB, so you could actually use the original controller
I probably wouldn't get one of the controllers though, as it's better to get something like an xbox 360 wired controller that you can use with multiple game systems fairly easily |

What Kesha said. I've always wanted a spiffy game controller like that, even though I've grown accustomed to keyboard controls by now.
Course clear! You got a card.

I only wish those would work on my Xbox,
or my wii for that matter, though ive found that most USB controllers work on the PS3 also, PS3 and Xbox 360 controllers opperate natively on windows, |

ps3 controllers don't operate natively on Windows, you need to get some workarounds for them.
NES/SNES controllers are a cool novelty but they're not really ergonomic. |

Ive hooked the things up on my comp, and several others, and gotten the exact same result, Windows detects them, and they are able to opperate as a standard plug and play HID USB device. even the wireless ones, Plug it in via the USB cable, it will be detected by windows. |

uhh no
yes its detected (duh?????? windows has had auto driver install stuff forever now), but in order to actually use it you need the hacked libusb driver or motionjoy or something along those lines unless you're talking about some weird third party controller, don't know anything about those |
