Yesterday, I got over 27k in one single play of Coin Rush in NSMB2. I'm going to give ya some hints to rock in that mode.

- Always try to defeat a large amount of enemies, you will get 50/100 coins per defeat if you defeated more than 4 enemies.

- Golden Mushrooms are worth 50/100 coins.

- Look everywhere in a level. There are hidden areas with lotsa coins or bricks.

- Star coins are worth 10, 20 and 50 / 20, 40, 100.

- The "Stair 1-UP trick" will give you more than 1000/2000 if you do it perfectly.

- Look everywhere in a level to see if there's a golden flower somewhere. If you get one as golden mario you can reserve it to use it in the next level.

- If you find an starman. That means that there are coin/star blocks nearby. Go find them all and defeat some enemies on the way. (Combine this with the gold ring and you will be rich.)


BROWN: Basic Prize
SILVER: G. Flower Prize
GOLD: G. Ring Prize


I recommend playing the Mushroom set in that mode. That's the mode I played to get that large amount of coins.
