It reminds me successfully install a PCI 512MB (Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT) graphics card on my Pentium 2 desktop years ago and running Windows 7 with transparency skin.

Neat. My actual Windows 98 PC still works, believe it or not. Only problem is it lacks a monitor. Since I backed up everything on it, I can (and frequently do) access all that old stuff, at least.
Course clear! You got a card.

I've heard windows 98 (SE) is incredibly stable and awesome... this was way back around the time XP SP2 came out though lol. It's probably a fun system to use even now if you can get it running.
