One, is "Aluminium" supposed to be Aluminum or is it wrong on purpose? well that was explained - I prefer "Aluminium" myself. Two, the one about addressing a group, do you mean like what we call a group of people or what we say when we speak to a group to get their attention? I'm interested in hearing how some other people will sound. Also, "aluminum" is now pretty standard in the U.S. of A., whereas the slightly easier-to-pronounce "aluminium" is preferred in Britain. As for the rest of us, there's other things that are probably pronounced differently from place to place, like forehead ("fahrid" vs "foor hed"). Maybe we can make a list and do this again at some point.
