So I was thinking about what my next big project should be - I'm about bored of JaxBoards (if that hasn't already been indicated by my lack of support for it lately...), so I went browsing through a few communities looking at what people like to do. What do you guys think about a collaborative 2D game builder right in the browser?
I'm thinking of an in-browser tool that entire teams of people could connect to at the same time from anywhere and create 2 dimensional platformer games that also work in the browser. You could invite a bunch of your friends to work on the game, build it together, and share it to anyone without forcing them to download more software.
Just wanted to get some input on this.

That sounds like it would be pretty neat.

That could be fun! If you're really interested in making something like this, I strongly recommend that you try Game Maker 8 first. GM does some things well, but it could be improved in many ways.
I hope you don't give up entirely on adding new features to JaxBoards, of course...
Course clear! You got a card.
