I'm not too familiar with this particular character, so I don't know how closely it resembles like him, but it's cute anyway.
And yes, I do know what Top Gear is. I just always associate it with that old N64 racing game.
Other Random Note: This topic is nearing 1,300 hits, which is pretty groovy, if I do say so myself. I'm pretty sure that makes it this forum's second most-viewed topic, behind Miles' JFF topic.

-Oh, it resembles him. It's not that it's "kind of Mobius", but "he's kind of from Homestuck".
-I know that, I just wanted to plug how amazing it is. -Cool. On to whatever I've got next: ![]() It's a beetle people! (The bad grammar is intentional it is a reference to a Beatles interview okay) I'm going to do an actual drawing of Hadron Kaleido (the one on the left) later on, she deserves one. |

Did I say there's nice stuff here already? If not: There's some really nice stuff in here!
Also, your little beetle figures remind me of ASDF movie (look it up on youtube, really funny shorts)

Just out of curiosity, how long do these groovy little MS Paint drawings take you to make?

It depends. Less than an hour usually, maybe. I will time myself next time.
OKAY GUYS ACTUALLY I AM GROUNDED But I have been on the ipod and Mum is at work so I scanned some drawings. SHH These will be links, and it is all MSPA fanart, so I will do my best to explain to the MSPA impaired. http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/7026/mspastuff.jpg Jade Harley being used for a stupid joke. The joke is this. She plays flute terribly and also wears the same dress as the one on the album cover now (it's called the Three in the Morning dress, by the way) so I cooked this up. That's Snowman (the original dress wearing lady) at the bottom in one of Jade's outfits. She is a beetle people but I don't feel like drawing her that way. And now you know. http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/1631/mspastuff1.jpg Talking heads. Left column to the right one: Doc Scratch, Crowbar, Problem Sleuth, Nepeta, Andrew Hussie, and myself. I don't think it would be worth explaining anything, so I won't, except that Nepeta is there in reference to a certain fanfic. I dislike Nepeta, but the last line of the fic made it completely worth it. I love Problem, he's adorable. http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/7005/mspastuff2.jpg Drawing the SEXY FEMALE FIGURE kind of. Messed up bad on Snowman's legs. Yeah, I could redraw them, but that would be more effort than I'm willing to spend. The other girls are Hysterical Dame and Nervous Broad (yeah), and I think I did MUCH better on them. I think I'm getting better at drawing hats, too. |

What a rebel!
You drew some ladies. How radical! I liked Jade (the flute girl) a lot, even if I don't totally grasp the joke.

Yes. LADIES. I am one myself but I have some trouble drawing them. Untill now, I guess.
Thank you! And I'm going to keep bugging you about reading MSPA so I don't look like an idiot, because it's the kind of comic where outside of context everything looks really messed up! Like, what if I told you that the main villain is currently a dog wearing sunglasses? (also I would like some more comments, I've been working somewhat hard on my drawings recently) |

Dogs wearing sunglasses... what's so odd about that? All dogs prefer wearing shades when you're not around to see them. The reason you didn't know this is it's a massive coverup.
Maybe I'll check out MSPA someday when I'm not too busy reading about sociology. --- Edited by: Bibby, Aug 30th, 2011 @ 10:34 pm

The dog is also an alternate universe playing card based gangster. Any more and it will descend into spoilers.
I'm still grounded! I've still been drawing! http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/5692/mspastuff3.jpg The easiest joke to make with a group of four men. This is 60sstuck AU! I did not just make that up to justify drawing this! Also, Slick looks like John (Lennon) and Droog once again looks like someone I do not want him to look like. He now has taken on the visage of Andrew Hussie, the writer of the comic. Androog. I envision the Midnight-Crew-as-Mod-rockers to sound something like this, perhaps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qQr6TKvjP8 http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/8475/mspastuff4.jpg Problem Sleuth in Sepulchritude mode. I hate wings. http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/9982/mspastuff5.jpg MSPA allsorts. Karkat (yes, I timed myself on it. This is the result of not planning my drawing ahead, but it turned out pretty good!), Ace Richard in a wig, Problem, Problem, and more of him, Vriska and Snowman, and filler. ... Yeah. |
