Eggnog! Something went terribly wrong this year and I have not had any... Close-up so you can see the shading. MS Paint doodles. Ingo. Man! Why am I having such a hard time getting far enough through the Battle Subway to fight him? Soviet Trumpeter. |

Nice coloring on Human Kirby. I was expecting Ingo to be this fellow from Zelda 64. Also, no holiday season is complete without at least a few sips of noggy beverage.

Quick sprite of Kanichi, the main character of a novel from the Meiji period that I'm reading called The Gold Demon. His appearance is based off the bronze statue of him, not the original illustrations. Hmm, what am I doing? (the answer: making a comic not suitable to post here) kaabii |

The edges of Kanichi's coat are a bit jagged, especially considering the number of colors you used in the sprite. Otherwise, nice job. FujikoA comic not suitable to post here That sounds intriguing... but I hope you don't neglect your comic suitable to post here!

Is Kirby supposed to be missing a chunk of his head in one frame where he's facing us? I did the sprite quickly and realised AFTER posting on Tumblr that I didn't AA the outsides at all, so I rushed to do some, and forgot his cape... Anyways, if I say I will do something tomorrow, that means I'll do it in maybe a week. Here is the comic I will not post (out in the open): http://lennonhead.tumblr.com/post/40557554152/death-of-the-immortal Warning: depiction of suicide. I was inspired to do some watercolour paintings, here they are: Date and Asai. (from Hinomaru of course) Susanoo and Amaterasu. (from Japanese mythology, this is not Okami fan art) |

Great textures on Date and Asai. I once heard a rumor that Fujiko had a fear of anything resembling painting! If that game has a few lines as good as "You randomly chucked a dead horse at me," it's going to be a winner.

Thank you very much! Of course, I feel I'm not very good at painting, but since I'm using watercolour pencils, and you only need a bit of water and have a lot more control over where the colour goes, it's easier. Here's more. By request. Good ol' Korby. Two characters from a game I recently played, called OFF. It's a quirky, silly, and occasionally creepy RPG that I suggest everyone plays. The man on the left is the protagonist, The Batter, and the guy on the right is Zacharie, the fourth wall breaking merchant. |
