Good luck editing this drawing if you ever feel the urge to tweak it.

Since this is semi-related, I was going to nag you about that thing I started on MW, until I realized that, to my astonishment, you actually saw that. Awesome.

I want to fix it, but I never will. I don't want to redo it either. Oh well...

Anyways, I said there would be the Midnight Crew, so here they are. Spades Slick, Diamonds Droog, Hearts Boxcars, and Clubs Deuce.

Objectives:
-Get designs down on paper.
-Have Droog not look like David Bowie.
-Get Deuce to look like a full-grown adult, but still his adorable self.
-Learn to draw hats.
-Don't spend too much effort.

Well, let's see...

-I did it. Boxcars could use a re-draw, though.
-A wonderful success. He now looks like Putin somewhat instead.
-A horrible faliure. He looks like a kid and I derped out on drawing his suit. Also, his hat looks more like a boater, but that's okay.
-I think I did.
-I spent about 3 hours on Slick. I never want to draw fedoras, trenchcoats, or arms ever again. Everybody else took much less time!

3 hours... yikes. Looks pretty nice anyway. However, considering what I did to ol' Vladimir in Cheerwine Deluxe earlier this year, I couldn't resist doing this. Sorry.

Hahaha, yeah. Somewhat!

I hate hoodies. I think they look horrible and everybody wears them.

Anyways, the little things that are kind of the bastard children of my style and Homestuck sprites were made for friends. From left to right: Ashley, Cassidy, Sharon, Madeline, and myself. I might actually do something involving them!

At the bottom is a bad sketch of Terezi going WH4T NOW??. It's for day 2 of the challenge, and I would have loved to draw something better but I was running late anyways. I'll draw more of her over time, for sure.

Again, some very expressive drawings, even if they are deprived of certain appendages. Those are real-life friends of yours, right? What are you going to use these drawings for?

And on the subject of hoodies, I'll be the first to admit that I wear mine a lot when it's really, really cold (like most of the past two winters here), but I agree they're overused and make most of us look like this sexy dude:

Yes, those are IRL friends. And I don't know! I'm thinking of starting a forum adventure and just taking what people suggest to me with us as the characters, but I'm going to have to do some preperation beforehand with the art.

Hey, do you know what I wear in the winter? Jackets. Usually, it consists of:

Turtleneck shirt
Suit jacket/ Mao suit/ whatever else
Double-breasted greatcoat
Ski jacket

But that's somewhat off-topic. Hoodies are gross.

That could be really fun - I'd like to see you do it! Just be careful to give each character a distinctive identity and personality, or else it could be the kind of thing that's only interesting to the people involved.

Also, staying off-topic, I hate winter clothes in general, since it's hard to find stuff that isn't bulky and frumpy-looking for someone who is quite thin.

I'm fine with winter clothes, but that's maybe because it's cold up here and I rarely get the opportunity to wear anything else.

Anyways...

IT BEGINS

I still have to do some character sprites, and then I will start a topic on the MSPA Forums to enact my adventure.I will make a topic linking to it here when I do!

Aha. So there's going to be a Beatles fan in this. What a shock! As usual, I want to see how this project goes.

Again veering wildly off topic, whenever I hear anyone mention that TV show, I think of the totally unrelated Top Gear Rally racing game for the Nintendo 64, which had the best car-painting simulation ever.

Top Gear is my favorite TV programme. Too bad it doesn't show in Canada.

Mobius Trip, from Homestuck. Kind of.
