Yep, I'm going to add soon the camera and the HUD. The parallax background code is inside the camera object.

I'm liking the way this feels! You might want to reduce the length of Mario's slide when changing directions, though, and be sure to fix the problem with Mario being able to go outside the horizontal boundaries of the room.

Looks great, Dragezee! The controls feel VERY much like the original Mario, and I'm extremely glad that you kept what I call "bean jumping" (where you duck and jump). :P A lot of mario games leave that out, and it always makes me sad inside.

I don't think I can do any original music, but if you don't mind MIDI arrangements like I did with ROTW, I could help with the music.

Also, for some reason I remember the placeholder Starman music from an old Hello game...
