Might as well make a topic on this, if anyone's interested. Personally, I'm surprised that the withdrawal of forces after nine years has gotten as little attention as it has. In my mind, America did some bad things and made a lot of poor decisions during the conflict, and while many problems remain, we're leaving Iraq better off than when we got there.
