I don't. I've gotten into the habit of typing "google.com" or "forums.bibbyteam.com" instead of the "www." or "http://" prefix. It saves a few keystrokes, and I'm told the WWW standard is sort of outdated anyway (and results in an error message when used for JaxBoards forums).
Course clear! You got a card.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Normally I don't unless I'm instructed to copy a web address or something for a class, though sometimes I do it anyway.

yeah www is bad to use, don't bother with it unless you're visiting a website from like 1998 lol

I remember mfgg had a lot of problems with people visiting the website with a www. in front in the past
