So now That JFF will get no more updates. I am looking for another game. I need it to be a Mario Game, Has Battling, Yoshis, and AI Battling players. I played Super Smash Flash 1 and 2 but now what should I find and play?

Well, there haven't been too many completed Mario fighting games, besides the official SSB games, of course. While there aren't any games with all of the features you mentioned, Gamester's Karate Mario is pretty good, and Kitsune's Luigi in Koopa Kombat is fun if you're in the mood for a challenge.
