Oh yes.

This is a forum adventure that I started about 2 minutes before making this post. You're welcome to talk about it, but due to it being on another forum, can't make suggestions unless you sign up there.

I'm quite excited to see where this goes, if anywhere.

If I get a vote about the protagonist's name, I universally name characters of this type Katie. Always.

Ontario Institute of Technology
Joan Laurie is the director of UOIT's Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) program. Apart from her administrative responsibilities at UOIT, she works with the community to develop educational pathways for professionals working in the MLS field and to advance opportunities for MLS students and faculty memebers [sic] to become involved in laboratory based resarch [sic] in the MLS specialty areas. She also remains involved in international project management and volunteering in ways that advance the support for homeless women in Toronto.

Being as obsessive about neatness as I am, I wouldn't dare leave home without at least organizing those disheveled pieces of paper. Also, I second putting the iPod in your inventory, if you haven't done that already.

Update.

I had to jump through hoops with GIMP to get that simple animation to work... But now that I know how to do it, the result might be better next time. Might.

Eat one of the Rare Candies on the table.

For your first attempt at animating, I like the fingering, though the hand on the frets could definitely use some work...

I need to get used to drawing in GIMP. Most everything in this is done in MS Paint first because it's easier, then compiled in GIMP. But in order to get the animation done, I drew the arms and stuff in GIMP.

I was too busy fiddling with GIF compression to worry much about my drawing skills, anyways.

I update this about 3 times a day, guys. I'd like some comments.

In this update, Joan poses in a more hardboiled manner, and a key is really just a key.

at least, for now.

I liked the shading in Post #38, especially since I understand the allusion now.

I'd register for that forum and demand that you finally go outside to continue your epic quest, but I'm too lazy to do that right now. Instead I'll just demand that you actually keep this adventure going for a good while, because I've always enjoyed things like this.
