Yes, it's the first day of preseason (American) football, so I'll definitely be watching the Jaguars-Patriots game tonight. Yeah, the millionaires and billionaires spent a few months tussling over how to reallocate all their millions, and these games don't count for anything whatsoever, but at least football's back. Since most of you probably aren't big football fans, what's up at the moment with the rest of you?

Aaaaaand... the Jaguars got slaughtered like I thought they would. And people said I was mean for predicting their loss. I told them I was just being honest.

Yeah, the Jags got whupped pretty bad, and they didn't look impressive even for a bunch of reserves up against New England.

Though at least we can take consolation in Jacksonville being in the Arena Football final tonight...

The Sharks are awesome... they're the silver lining in the big black cloud that is our NFL history

The Sharks have had a pretty amazing season. I'll probably be watching the ArenaBowl tonight, since I get the NFL Network.

The Jaguars haven't been that terrible in their history, but they have been pretty good at coming up short in big situations. And if their offensive line doesn't play better, they're not going to have a lot of big situations at all this year.

So Jacksonville's now the Arena Football League champions. Somehow I don't think they'll be getting a ticker-tape parade, but this win is nice enough anyway.

And speaking of football, I should stop being lazy and post some of last year's high school football photos somewhere on the e-net.
