Action 52 is a NES game that I like a lot because it's... underwhelming for a game that cost $200 when it first came out in 1992. It's like a pirate multi-cart game, in that it has a ton of games on it. The problem is, they're not very well made, and that's given this game a reputation for being dog dirt. However, like a lot of bad games, it's got some good music. Here's one from one of the games on the collection, called Thrusters.

"Philosophy of the World" from the Shaggs. The Shaggs were an obscure all-girl band that played with a lot of heart. Unfortunately, they came up short in the execution department - they weren't quite sure how to play music! Still, their music has become a cult classic. This song's lyrics are actually pretty good, and the whole performance is entertaining in its own unique way.




"Eleanor Rigby" from Tony Bennett. "Tony Sings the Great Hits of Today!" was not exactly a critically-acclaimed album, although this is an interesting take on the song.

I want to say that Kurt Cobain from Nirvana was influenced by The Shaggs in his own musical career. If that's true, it'd explain some of the weirder sounding Nirvana songs sounding the way they do
