For my Revenge of the Walrus game. I'm looking for an insane replacement for Hammer Bros. projectiles, and I need a sane substitute for the red coins hidden in each level (they must not have anything to do with stars or shines!). I suspect someone here can come up with an idea that's sufficiently zany, and if you do, you'll get a blurb in the credits.

Hammer Bros should throw vinyl records.
Instead of collecting red coins you should collect baseball caps. |

I like those. Now I'll have to look for/make some sprites for them and find a way to incorporate at least the vinyl records into the storyline.
