But it's not the kind you expected! Apparently I get about five spam messages a day, but thankfully just about all of them get caught by the filter:

Be careful where you stick your e-mail address - sticking it in the wrong place can make those kinds of things multiply.
Thankfully all I get is an ad or two from random Russian "Casinos" every month or so. |

Very true. I try to be careful about that - I can only think of one time when I shared my e-mail address with something stupid and got spammed, although even that spam was relatively harmless. My e-mail address is publicly posted all over the Internet, though, thanks to my GameFAQs guides, so I wouldn't be shocked if some spam spiders find it that way.
