Would you like an unskippable tutorial?

Brilliant. Again, you should keep working on this, and seriously consider polishing this up a bit more and trying to get this some wider exposure. This is good stuff.

I'm already spending a lot more effort than I usually do on comics! Most of the time, I let the writing do the talking and spend minimum effort on the drawings. This is quite a change, as I felt it was time to do something serious.

I'm already posting it at MW, on Twitter, etc. Once I have more to show, I'll spend more effort on promoting it.

Thank you!

I love this.

The only problem I have is the really light text in some places.

I'll go out on a limb and say the writing here is really good, and the drawing isn't bad either (though I could nitpick a few flaws if I was in a Mrs. A mood).

In particular, I was suggesting you consider posting it on some of the various sites that host online comics.

I just noticed something, and am now wondering - is there any particular reason that there's a dark dot somewhere on each page?

Oh, sorry, there must be something stuck to my scanner... I will fix it for further pages.

Just a random thought: If I'm not mistaken, SoulSilver is like the original Silver with 16 of those Gyms to slog through. I assume you're going to skip over some of them to keep this from getting frightfully tedious, right?

Skip gyms? No. But I will move at the speed of plot, and with no random battles, etc. it will go faster. Quite a few things happen in the game, and things are of course improved from the original Silver (especially most of Kanto), so I promise I will keep it interesting, or at least try to.

Plus, I think there will be an intermission in the comic between parts 1 and 2 of the game with something else. Stay tuned.

I promise it won't be boring! I will try my best to keep it entertaining throughout!

An intermission? That sounds interesting...

I haven't played SoulSilver, of course, so I wouldn't know if the later gyms are a bit more eventful than in the original. Cutting out the 3,000,000 random Zubat battles will help anyway.
