Every blue moon I'll grab a cold beverage from my local Coke Freestyle machine. And recently I found myself face-to-face with an intriguing new option - Peach Coke.

Not this Peach.

This sounded like an interesting beverage, so I gave it a try. Peach Coke looks like regular ol' Coca-Cola. The smell is pleasant - it gives off a strong hint of peachiness without being overpowering.

As for that really important little detail... the taste is surprisingly good! There's a strong peach flavor, but it doesn't go overboard. The peach flavor feels smooth and refreshing, a nice contrast with the sharpness of regular Coke.

Apparently Peach Coke is much more prevalent in Japan and especially China. (I'm not sure about other countries.) There's also been a Georgia Peach Coke that's made with cane sugar that comes in glass bottles - I think it's been discontinued. I have no way of knowing how similar (or dissimilar) these are to their Freestyle counterpart.

Nobody paid me to say this stuff. I'm not that famous. I promise.
Course clear! You got a card.
... really? That's what you call Guile?

Peachy's got it!

I remember the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines when they first came out circa 2012 or so. They were the s***, and they still are. You can make all kinds of flavor mixes, some of them even being really good.

I never had the peach flavor in standard Coca-Cola, but I did mix it with Sprite Zero and it was great. Sprite is sort of like Mountain Dew in that it takes a lot of flavors well, but peach does very well with it. I also remember its strawberry flavor mixing well with Barq's diet root beer, which was a surprise.

So what can be superior when compared with paying out half the price for brand name children?

wow, if brand name children are on sale, maybe i can stop buying all these cheap knockoff children

OK... even I'll admit that the Oakland Raiders' performance might be a valid reason to use the interesting words.
