The audio comes from Flash and some other technologies, so I don't think you can save it to your hard drive. I wouldn't be shocked if a mirror for this appears once it's gone from Google, though.

Engadget says it uses a combination of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Flash.
EDIT: I assume you realize you can play it with either the mouse or the keyboard, right?
