 Just a cheap rubber-band car. Got this effect by taking Holographic, and coating with Blue Candy.  Just had to do my computer's mouse. Done in florescent yellow and fire red. |

Spaz-stix Holographic Metal Flakes. I applied a very thick coat of it, then blasted it with a clear coat of Krylon.
