I've been pickling eggs recently, in a kosher dill brine.
Love these things.

I'm not sure what happened, but I totally missed this topic. I'm not a huge fan of pickled things, but it sounds - and looks - interesting.

I know the thought actually.
When I first heard of eggs like this I thought it sounded quite disgusting, until I finally ate one. It's well worth trying at least one some time, and is also a great means of keeping them from spoiling. |
