In fact, they did indeed win last night (or, depending on how you look at things, this morning)! They beat the Indians to win their first World Series since 1908, so this is something that doesn't exactly happen every day! I'm still not completely sure that I believe it really even happened, considering how infamous the Cubs became at not winning such things.
