After being scrapped twice before, I decided to pick it back up, and try some things that I have learned over the previous attempts.
Back to the testing area phase, I am making leaps, and bounds in terms of progress, and as far as the engine goes, I'm only a few steps away from the point I was before scrapping it the last time.
There are some improvements to note with this, this time around.
Screen size can be changed with F4, This includes "Full screen" mode.
As depicted in the first screenshot, ladders now work, allowing one unused animation to finally be used.
This game now features a dynamic camera, which enables player to see ahead, and free look. (Also, I think it looks cool.)
Jump-through platforms now work!
An engine test will be made public once I have all the planned mechanics in place.

The first power-up is in the works.
Nothing too fancy just yet, but it's the secondary effect that is going to be the main feature of this one.
That, to be done, once I start adding enemies.

You folks would not believe how difficult the mechanics to this bridge were to program.
That's all for now!
Imma get back to this!
