VirtualMIDIsynth
This program overrides the default sound driver in Windows, and replaces it with the soundfont(s) of your choosing.
This is useful for some of the older games here on MFGG which use MIDIs for music, as well as other games which rely on the MIDI driver.
Here are a some soundfonts that work well with this.

I was actually telling a couple of real-life friends about this earlier in the week. I already had this program installed on my PC, but I needed to update it to make it work on Windows 10. This is quite a useful program if you like doing things with MIDI files. It works for MIDIs in Clickteam games, too. The only downside is it takes MIDI files a second or two longer to load.
Course clear! You got a card.
