Recently I had ordered some cables for my Xbox from Stone Age Gamer, and ended up receiving another package in error.
The contents of this package were very expensive, and I could have easily just kept it, in addition to what I was supposed to receive in the first place.
But, I chose to do the honest thing, and contact them about it.

Instead of the cables I had ordered, it appears that I received an SD2SNES flashcart.
As much as I want this item, I would like to make sure that this is made right.

I’ve attached a pre-paid shipping label to this email, please use it to send back the wrong shipment. Also, I tracked the Xbox A/V cable and it shows that it was delivered yesterday to your city/state. Did they end up showing up? Please let me know, and thanks for helping us straighten this out.

In short, they were really grateful for the fact that I actually came to them, rather than simply keeping the item.
As an oversight, I did indeed have 2 chances, and did not take either of them.
One on the board, the other on the oversight of the cables being in the post office (I'm glad they pointed that out, I might not have caught it otherwise).
