Miles: I'm catching up on Avatar: The Last Airbender. To me it is pretty much the best cartoon ever.
Miles: If any of you have not seen that series in some form, you oughtta give it a chance some time if you're able to.
Miles: It's got a nice sense of humor and plenty of "feels" moments. Plus the actiony stuff is awesome.
Puddin: awesome, miles
Puddin: if you like nostalgia critic you should check out his avatar vlogs; he did a vlog for each episode
Puddin: i actually just started rewatching avatar a couple of days ago... i'm on episode 6 and i've been watching a doug walker vlog after each episode

I'm not Miles, but I concur that it's an awesome show.

Sadly, I've only seen it out of order, so my initial reactions may have been a bit... "diluted" by that.
That's probably saying a lot, though.

Can't speak for Doug Walker or his stuff.

As far as I remember I've actually never seen a video by that fellow before. I did give this a try, though.

I watched the one about the first episode and then kept going. This guy seems cool, and his commentary is pretty interesting. Thanks for the recommendation.

Dustin: Yeah it's definitely best seen in order from the start. Lots of world building, character development and all that fine stuff going on; going in later with little to no previous knowledge might make everything seem a little "wat?"

Well, technically, I saw some of it in order because I was watching a marathon the first time I saw it.
I mostly just started late and pieced together the rest of the plot from reruns.

I got to watch Korra in order, though.
That's something, right?

But yeah, I plan on getting the DVD sets when I have some money to spare.
