We call them the varsity.


This is the program's first year. We ended the season in 3rd place in a league of seven teams.


We won today against a team we beat Friday by one point. Today we were well ahead from 2nd quarter on.


When you get up by 15 you replace you high scorer... we did.


Then we got in foul trouble... two kids fouled out and he had to go back in (we have the fewest players of any team in the league).


Then their high scorer and center....a 6'2" 8th grader fouled out... and so did our third player... but we took away a 9 point win.


Tomorrow we play the second place team who went 12-2 at their gym. We will need to play our best game..... our first game was against them... we were ahead for all but the last three mins... the second time we net they handed us our ass.


Hey Tyrone... our team's earmark is D.

Our team consists of five Mexican students and two Asian kids (one that jumps out of the gym)... but we called up three JV 6th graders in case we got an injury.... all three played today.


Tomorrow will be a test and a half.
