Oversized glasses, and selfies. Why am I missing the fabulous appeal of vision correction that makes you look like the legendary yet slightly portly Cubs announcer, and of teenagers who spam unflattering cell-phone portraits of themselves?

StrikeForcer Although selfies have existed waaay before today...True. I still have an old Windows Write document from the summer I was entering third grade, where I ponder what would happen if you shot a photo into a mirror. (Also, I should clarify that I often enjoy exchanging photos with people; in this topic, I'm mostly talking about teens who disseminate really, really bad self-portraits of themselves, as in the example in the shoutbox.)

And we both know how "socialized" the Internet has become. --- Edited by: TDW, Dec 28th, 2013 @ 10:34 pm
