ach, i hope some politician doesn't try to blame this on video games. if it's been done by someone from america, i bet you that'll come up at least once, though.

on the other hand, i'll rest easier at night if this is just some dumbass basement dweller who thinks the best way to convert people to his viewpoint is to kill them. whoever did it is a class-a Richard, but we'd at least be assured that it wasn't some baleful group like islamic terrorists who'd try to repeat this.

but it's not like finding out whoever did this would make things any better. it'd just give me incentive to find the quickest flight over to wherever they are so i can end their sorry existence

Hmm, death toll keeps rising, Obama pledges for federal aid for Boston, and residents temporarily housing people scarred of the bombing. Would you do house residents and provide relief if said bombing happened in where you live?

well, i'm thankful the death toll is only something i can count on one hand.

i surmise i'd be offering help to these people, too.

What this event taught us, that we can never be fully free from terrorism from home or away, regardless of whatever security protocols taken into action (made complicated by the fact that with major sporting events, you would expect an increased police presense, we feel that we would be totally be safe, as well as the athletes playing for our entertainment. Boy we were wrong.). It can still happen, regardless of the measures put in place. Sept. 11 should of taught us that, but this event serves as a reminder that our innocence is never coming back, as terrorism can happen anywhere.

oh for christing out loud, those guys. i think i saw someone post a picture of their twitter feed on my facebook wall not long after this, and it was more of the same from them. what a joke.

to be fair, they don't even shock me anymore because they're as predictable as the sun rising in the morning.

You know, even shady groups like Anonymous and the KKK disliked WBC because of its picketing practices, but do you want to sympathize with the KKK and Anon for their actions against WBC, even though that they, while illegal, are lesser of the greater evil, a hate-mongering church that absolutely does not respect the deceassed based on WBC's beliefs and ideologies.

Of all people, why did it had to be two residents of the state of Massachuetts and an innocent 8-year old as a casualty. Christ on a bike, it would take about two weeks for news such as this to dissappate with other matters.
