Email is likely to get around spam detection.
Check the receiving address, and do NOT click any links in the Email.

Oh, that guy again. He has a lengthy history of doing this sort of thing, so it's probably best just to ignore him. Perhaps the best part of all is that someone would actually want to make a new forum with phpBB.
