I felt like trying out this bandwagon stuff. Asking questions might lead to answers.

What's the most distant land you've ever visited?
What's the most unexpected reaction anyone's ever had to one of your games?
Course clear! You got a card.

fireball3k what part of north carolina do you live in?Bibby What's the most distant land you've ever visited? What's the most unexpected reaction anyone's ever had to one of your games? 1. My dad tells me I've been to New York before but I remember no such thing. The only remotely distant place I truly recall visiting would be down in Savannah, Georgia. That place stinks in the morning. (I mean that literally rather than in the "this place sucks" kind of way.) 2. It's a close call between someone liking Super Battle Bros so much that he played it every morning before he went to school and people actually liking "Blake," but I guess the second one wins. I had plans to make that game soooo much better than it ended up being but I never was able to do what I actually wanted to do with it, so I wound up throwing an entirely different and ever-so-basic gameplay style into it. I kind of just threw the end result up for the sake of participation and felt bad when it got a prize higher than one with far more effort put into it. That badge swap request is still out there, by the way, no matter how implausible or silly it may be. Anyway, point is, it was actually going to be something cool but then that plan fell through so I made something else out of it, and I don't even remotely think the end result was any good - but I was told people disagree with that. Not what I was expecting. |
I don't even...

1) Have you ever had a game idea(doesn't have to be a fangame) and your like halfway you don't like the result and either scrap it or completely redid it. If so how did that feel. 2) What's your favorite fangame on MFGG 3) Favorite Instant or Near Instant convienence food. 4) What's you favorite food that actually takes time to make instead of throwing something in the microwave and cooking if for a few minutes. 5) Potatoes or Tomatoes? 6) And last but not least: What name do you think is the best out of the French Fry/Freedom Fry food conflict. |

1. My Super Battle Bros game is a good example of that. In like 2009 or 2010 when I first made the "Mario & Luigi: Just For Fun" game, it was supposed to just be a platformer with the focus being the presence of an AI partner Luigi. I added a Battle Mode to it some time before scrapping it. Some chunk of time later I got so tired of how awful the engine was to work with I completely restarted with the same general goal in mind - being a platformer with an AI partner and a bonus battle mode. Same thing happened again, though rather than totally scrapping it I cut off the story mode like a diseased limb and passed what was left off as a fighting game. Seems that wound up working out quite well, too.
- Oh and my for-the-heck-of-it FPS FireFight I redid it 3 times. I'll edit in a video link of the newer one later. 2. That's a tough one. Kind of hard to say since there's quite a few that pop to mind, each for different reasons. Psycho Waluigi because my main man Waluigi, or the Normal Super Mario Bros series because of how "normal" they were, or Mushroom Pancakes because of how quality-wacky it is... I can't really pick one. 3. As far as stuff you can stick in a microwave would go, probably this. 4. This would be a tie between the homemade delights that are pizza and tacos, as well as turkey. 5. Definitely potatoes. |
I just came to say hello
