I screwed up by reserving it in Orlando about 4 weeks ago and I live more than 100 miles from it. Now how am I gonna get the money transferred to my local GameStop store? Man, this is an epic fail for me. Ill never get till much later....

Does it offer anything that we haven't already seen in NSMB and NSMB Wii? Either way, those two games were still fun, and I can't pass up a Mario game, so I'll buy a copy if I get a 3DS.
Course clear! You got a card.

Here's my review of New Super Mario Bros. 2
New Super Mario Bros. 2 is a nice sequel of the installement released in 2006. Let's move to the PROS and CONS PROS - 1.000.000 Coin Challenge - Challengin' Levels - Co-op Mode - 3 Unlockable Worlds CONS - Same music as NSMBWii - Excessive amount of 1-UPs (I got more than 5 lives in W1-1) Let's move to the RESOURCE part. GAMEPLAY: 5 / 5 - The movements are the same as the prequel. With the addition of the P-Meter. Makes it you able to fly like in SMB3. GRAPHICS: 4 / 5 - The graphics are the same as NSMBWii. But the golden rings gives them an special touch. MUSIC: 3 / 5 - The music is basically the same as NSMBWii but with more "BAH BAHs", makin' it a little bit unoriginal. REPEAT 4 / 5 - This game will keep you entertained for hours, you can also repeat the stages to beat your coin collection record. FINAL SCORE 4 / 5 - If you get a Nintendo 3DS or it's XL version. Get this game. You can share your "Coin Rush" record with other people to challenge them to beat your record. Well, here's my opinion of NSMB2. What do you think? --- Edited by: Gate, Sep 5th, 2012 @ 3:11 pm |
