Though is it me, or did you just stick an L on Mario's cap and call him Luigi? Because just because they're brothers doesn't mean they're the same thing.

It was a joke for Americans that read the manga (not many). In the manga they look EXACTLY the same, save for the M or L on their cap. The manga started around the time Super Mario World (SNES) was released, which is why they're recolors. Except the manga is black and white, so all that's different is the cap's emblem.

Yes, Omega took my Peach sprite I made in his style and made a sheet out of it. Some of the poses looked weird, so I edited them to look more feminine (the bottom of the sheet has a before and after shot). It seems he doesn't have much practice spriting girls, or humans for that matter. I also quickly edited his logo for kicks.

There are a couple of places where her hair doesn't look quite right, but it's a neat idea anyway. Is the SMW Goomba/Goombon thing a mask, or is it inspired by Partners in Time?

Actually Super Mario Kun (again).

The goomba is always trying to fool Mario and co. into thinking he is Peach.

It was just a joke, not to be taken seriously. Oh, I only made the pose on the top-left and edited some of the other poses, Omega made and submitted the rest.

I made the head out of a SSBB picture. The rest of Wario is official.
