This story is a few days old, but North Korea claims to have tested a hydrogen bomb, because developing thermonuclear weapons is totally going to make the world a safer, more peaceful place. This also means that North Korea gets to issue another round of ridiculously over-the-top propaganda.

If you look at the size of the country, they would be fools to think that they could take on most other countries.

North Korea has a large military and a lot of weapons relative to the country's size, which is part of the reason why countries have been putting up with their antics for so long. Sure, we could blow them off the map if we really wanted to, but it would be expensive and difficult - and reuniting with South Korea would be a very complex transition.
I wish it were possible to hire ISIS to fight North Korea and delete both of those organizations for good.
